Normal rate:

$219/night

$1,500/week

Seasonal rates:

12/20 - 1/6 ($269/nt or $1,850/week)

1/7 - 3/31   ($249/nt or $1,700/week)

Applicable taxes of 17.96% and cleaning fee of $150 will also apply.
