PRIVACY POLICY:

We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. Our reservation software company, Stripe, may collect personally identifiable information when you visit/reserve from our site.  It will NEVER be disseminated to others.

SECURITY POLICY:

Your payment and personal information is always safe through Stripe, our online credit card processor. The credit card processing company has/utilizes Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.

CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY:

A 10% processing fee will be charged for ANY cancellation, regardless of reason.  We highly recommend guests purchase “cancel for any reason” travel insurance as KrellersGetaway will not refund due to pandemic, hurricane, or any other Acts of God.  The following policy applies for all cancellations.  Cancellation of reservation 60 days or more prior to check-in date will receive a full refund less the processing fee.  Cancellation of reservation less than 60 days prior to check-in date will receive a refund, less processing fee, if accommodations can be re-booked and occupied during reservation time period at the rate contracted for.  If condo is not re-booked during reservation time period within 30 days, there will be no refund given.  Note:  ANY and ALL refunds described above will be reduced by the original credit card processing fees as the credit card processor no longer refunds those fees to us.  No refunds / adjustments after check-in.  

Islander On The Beach Guest House Rules

Section I. Relax and enjoy!

We hope you enjoy your stay in our beautiful community. Please take a moment to review our house rules to help maintain a safe and peaceful environment for all guests and owners.

Section II. Use of the Project

• No bicycles can be parked on a lanai, a tree, or a post. A bike rack is located on the North side of the lobby building.

• Drones or other remote-controlled devices are not permitted on the property.

• No day use of Common Elements permitted. All common Elements are for registered owner or guest use only. Up to (4) registered guests per unit are permitted to use facilities at the same time. Please do not extend any invitations to anyone not registered at Islander.

Section III. Occupancy

Maximum occupancy is four (4) people per unit—NO exceptions for children under the age of two.

Section IV. Common Areas, Entrances, and Lanais

• The sidewalks, passages. Lobby, stairways, and corridors must not be obstructed. No Coolers, boogie boards, trash, etc., are to be placed in hallways outside of the unit.

• Smoking cigarettes, e-cigarettes, and vape pens are strictly prohibited on the property. This includes within the unit, on the lanai or in any common area other than the designated smoking area in the parking lot.

• Please do not dry towels or clothing on lanai railings.

Section V. Swimming Pool and Spa

• Hours: 9:00 AM – 10:00 PM (May open later after chemical treatments are completed).

• No lifeguard on duty. All rules posted at the pool are to be followed. Children under the age of 12 are NOT permitted to use the spa at any time. Children under the age of fourteen (14) must be under the supervision of a responsible person at all times.

• No balls, frisbees, boogie boards, or floating devices in the pool. No glass containers in the pool area.

• No day use of Common Elements permitted. The pool and barbecue area are reserved exclusively for registered guests. Please do not extend invitations to anyone not registered at Islander on the Beach.

Section VI. Parking Areas

• Vehicles parked overnight must display a parking pass. An authorized parking pass must be provided by the booking manager/host at the time of check-in.

• The AOAO is not responsible for any damage or theft of any vehicle or its contents in the parking area.

• Vehicles may not be washed, vacuumed, detailed, or polished in the parking area.

• Vehicle repairs are limited to emergency repairs, i.e., flat tires and or dead batteries.

Section VII. Noise

• Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 9:00 AM. Noise-related work is allowed from 9 AM to 5 PM Monday through Friday, except in an emergency. No construction is permitted on Saturdays or Sundays, except in an emergency or as pre-approved by the Board.

• Persons using sound-producing devices in common areas must use headphones or earbuds if causing an annoyance to other persons in the area.

• Children are the parents’ responsibility. No one is permitted to pick the flowers.

• Children should not play in the flower beds or climb any tree.

The owners of Islander on the Beach are working hard to keep Islander a safe and beautiful place for all to visit. We hope that your time here creates lifelong memories of Kauai.
