Unit #323 is third floor (Top Floor) DIRECT oceanfront and is one of two units in the entire complex that is on the outside corner of one of the two oceanfront buildings! Since it is on the corner, it has an extra window that allows more light and provides another view of the ocean while in the unit. The balcony sits right over the ocean (or at least feels that way...check out the photos below)!
