Kauai Kailani - Elevator installation project:  8/27/17
Just found out there could be an elevator install project starting up some time after Labor Day.  As soon as we hear more, will update our website.

*Update 9/1/17 (from management):  
2017 between the hours of 9:00 am and 5:30 pm Monday-Friday. The project is estimated to be completed mid to late November.  A-307 is around the corner and out of the way from the elevator construction area.

Walkway work - letter from GM:

November 3, 2017

 Dear Owner,

 In our continuing efforts to upkeep the Resort, beginning on Monday November 6th we will be working on the walkways at Kauai Kailani addressing some of the concrete on the ground floor between 9:00 am and 5pm. The estimated completion time for the ground floor is 2 full weeks.

On November 27th the work will commence on the the 2nd & 3rd floors to address the walkways & wood work.  

 We anticipate that this work will be seamless with no impact to your guests.
