Aloha and welcome to our piece of Hawaiian paradise! We have three studio condos for rent (unit #115, #160, and #319) located in the beachfront complex Islander On The Beach located in Kapa'a, Kauai, HI. They are located on six lushly landscaped oceanfront acres. Each condo features a balcony/lanai where you can enjoy beautifuly sunrises and complete or partial ocean views (see pictures below) and are only a few strides away from a private beach.
Each unit was renovated in 2005 by being stripped to the cinder block walls and completely redone with travertine flooring throughout, granite countertops and all new appliances.. Each unit features all necessary linens, kitchenette with small fridge, microwave, toaster oven, and a coffee maker. Other amenities include: 27-inch flat screen TV with cable (unit 160 has a newly purchased 32-inch HD TV), DVD player, Sony stereo player with iPod docking station, A/C, electronic safe, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, and island-style furnishings. Telephone and wireless Internet access are also available in and around the lobby. The mattresses are the most comfortable we've ever slept on and have had many renters tell us how comfy they were!
Soak up the sun in the ocean-side pool, or relax in the Jacuzzi while sipping a Mai Tai from the poolside Tiki Hut bar. here are also Weber BBQ grills by the pool free to use and laundry facilities onsite for your convenience.
Centrally located in teh town of Kapa'a, you are 30 miles from both the north and south shores. The enchanting Wailua River and Fern Grotto are less than two miles from the complex where you can boat, hike, and/or kayak. You are also less than 200 yards from the Coconut Marketplace, which has over 50 specialty shops and restaurants.

Unit #115: $85/night; $525/week
Unit #319: $95/night; $595/week
Unit #160: $115/night; $750/week
Applicable taxes of 12.4% (13.4% for payments received on or after 7/1/10) and $65 cleaning fee will also apply as well as a fully refundable $100 security deposit.
Note: We reserve the right to increase our minimum nightly stay during peak seasons (June - August and December - February)
