Aloha and welcome to our piece of Hawaiian paradise! They are located on six lushly landscaped oceanfront acres. Each condo features a balcony/lanai where you can enjoy beautiful sunrises and complete or partial ocean views and are only a few strides away from a private beach.
Each unit was renovated in 2005 by being stripped to the concrete block walls and completely redone with travertine flooring throughout, granite counter tops and all new appliances. The mattresses are the most comfortable we've ever slept on and have had many renters tell us how comfy they were! Other amenities differ in each unit so please click on the links to the left to see what each unit has to offer.
Soak up the sun in the ocean-side pool, or relax in the Jacuzzi while sipping a Mai Tai from the poolside Tiki Hut bar. There are also Weber BBQ grills by the pool free to use and laundry facilities onsite for your convenience.
Centrally located in the town of Kapa'a, you are 30 miles from both the north and south shores. The enchanting Wailua River and Fern Grotto are less than two miles from the complex where you can boat, hike, and/or kayak. You are also less than 200 yards from the Coconut Marketplace, which has over 50 specialty shops and restaurants.

Here is another video recently made (2012) by a renter that stayed in Unit 319. Many of the shots were taken right outside the unit at the beach and around the immediate area of the complex. Hard to find a more beautiful place than the Garden Isle! Appreciate the shots, JW!!
LANAI/ROOF WORK TAKING PLACE IN 2014
There could be noise at and around the buildings during the day from 8AM-4PM. Many of our buildings have already went through this repair with very little, if any, disturbance to our guests. However, no guarantees so reserve with the knowledge of possible disturbance. Here is the schedule we were given for the various buildings being worked on 2014/2015 (subject to change):
Ni'ihau Building: 3/3/14 - 3/28/14
Kauai Building: 3/31/14 - 4/25/14
Oahu Building: 4/21/14 - 5/23/14 (tentative)
Maui Building: 5/19/14 - 6/20/14 (tentative)
Lobby Building: 6/16/14 - 7/25/14 (tentative)
Developing Update (as of 11/5/13):
*There is a new bike path that will border our property and construction on it will begin sometime in 2015, but nobody knows for sure and are awaiting word from County if it will even take place. Still waiting on more information, but just wanted to ensure information was dissiminated when I heard about it.*
