LANAI WORK TAKING PLACE STARTING APRIL 15, 2013 Please note, there will be lanai slab work and roof repair taking place on the Hawaii Building starting 4/15/13 and finishing around 5/24/13. As such, there could be noise at and around that building during the day from 7-7:30am-5pm. However, the two ocean front buildings were done in 2012 with very little, if any, disturbance to our guests. Here is the schedule we were given for the various buildings being worked on in 2013 (subject to change): · Hawaii building: 4/15/2013 - 5/24/2013 Lanais on Hawaii Building are facing North and completely away from the rest of the complex, so shouldn't be any disturbance whatsoever. · Lanai building: 5/13/2013 - 6/14/2013 · Molokai building: 6/3/2013 - 7/19/2013 Molokai building is far south building of the complex and shouldn't affect rest of the complex much, if at all.      Aloha and welcome to our piece of Hawaiian paradise! We have 15 studio condos for rent (unit #115, #131, #151, #152, #160, #239, #245, #252, #319, #320, #323, #324, #329, #345, and #351 - REFER TO SIDEBAR ON LEFT FOR INFO ON EACH UNIT INCLUDING AVAILABILITY) located in the beach front complex, Islander on the Beach located in Kapa'a, Kauai (you can also scroll down on this page and click on property map to get a better understanding where they are located in relation to the lobby and ocean! PROPERTY MAP SCHEMATIC SHOWING ALL 15 UNITS IN RELATION TO OCEAN! CLICK ON MAP TO ENLARGE!  They are located on six lushly landscaped oceanfront acres. Each condo features a balcony/lanai where you can enjoy beautiful sunrises and complete or partial ocean views and are only a few strides away from a private beach.
Each unit was renovated in 2005 by being stripped to the concrete block walls and completely redone with travertine flooring throughout, granite counter tops and all new appliances. The mattresses are the most comfortable we've ever slept on and have had many renters tell us how comfy they were! Other amenities differ in each unit so please click on the links to the left to see what each unit has to offer.
Soak up the sun in the ocean-side pool, or relax in the Jacuzzi while sipping a Mai Tai from the poolside Tiki Hut bar. There are also Weber BBQ grills by the pool free to use and laundry facilities onsite for your convenience.
Centrally located in the town of Kapa'a, you are 30 miles from both the north and south shores. The enchanting Wailua River and Fern Grotto are less than two miles from the complex where you can boat, hike, and/or kayak. You are also less than 200 yards from the Coconut Marketplace, which has over 50 specialty shops and restaurants.

Here is another video recently made by a renter that stayed in Unit 319. Many of the shots were taken right outside the unit at the beach and around the immediate area of the complex. Hard to find a more beautiful place than the Garden Isle! Appreciate the shots, JW!!
